Victor the Securitron is a private security robot designed to perform various roles, including customer service and emergency response. When The Ghoul visits an abandoned NCR base, he encounters Victor; although Victor's memory is "scrambled," he manages to convey enough information to shed light on the next phase of The Ghoul's plan.
